What we collect

When you use our design and booking app we collect: photos you take or upload of your property, the areas and measurements you mark on them, your name and contact details when you provide them, your service address for bookings, and your design and estimate history.

How we use it

Your photos are used solely to create your landscape design visualizations and to prepare for your consultation or job. Photos are processed by Google's AI image service under commercial terms that do not permit your photos to be used to train AI models. Estimates and designs are attached to your booking so our crew arrives prepared. If you give us your email, we may send you your saved design and follow up about your project. If you check the text-reminder box, we'll send appointment reminders by SMS; reply STOP any time to opt out.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe (and PayPal, where offered). Your card number never touches our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy for details on their handling of payment data.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or contact details with anyone outside the service providers needed to run this app (AI rendering, payments, email/SMS delivery, and secure cloud hosting).

Retention & deletion

We keep booking records for our business and tax records. You may request deletion of your account, photos, and designs at any time — email TLHomeAndLandscapeLLC@Gmail.com or use the delete option in the app, and we'll remove your data within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep records of completed transactions.
